Can I Buy Products Online & Pick Them Up In Store?

Yes! When you checkout your order, just choose collect from store. Once we have selected your items, we will contact you by email to let you know they are ready to collect. If you are unable to collect your items during normal opening hours, special arrangements can be made for you to collect at a time convenient to you.

I Cannot Find The Item I want Online...Can I Still Order It?

Yes! We do not have our entire range online as there are items that are difficult to send through the post such as bone china and we also have a lot of bespoke jewellery which would be too time consuming to put online. Just send us an email or use the contact form to request an item and we can send you pictures and prices. Once you have chosen your items, a safe electronic invoice can be sent to you via Zettle for payment.

How Much Is Postage & How Long Does It Take?

Our standard postage is £3.99 which is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually takes 3-5 working days. We do offer a £5.99 service via Royal Mail which usually arrives the next day. Free delivery is available for all orders over £40. This is usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and takes 3-5 working days. We do not use other couriers as we have found that your items sometimes do not get to you in one piece.

I Have Bought An Item That Is Faulty! What Are My Rights?

When you buy any item from us, you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, a replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or not as described. Please contact us at with the details of the faulty product and we will get back to you straight away to rectify the situation.

I Have Bought An Item From You But I No Longer Want It. Can I return It?

In Store In addition to your legal rights, we allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. All goods must be returned in their original state (including the packaging) to us with the original receipt or proof of purchase via a bank statement within 14 days for either a replacement item or a credit note. Online You have the right to cancel at anytime under the Consumer Contracts Regulations from the moment you place your order online and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. We recommend when returning goods that you get a proof of postage which is sufficient evidence to prove you have returned the goods should they go missing in the postal system. The Giftorium takes no responsibility for returned goods until they physically arrive at our store. If returned items go missing and no proof of postage exists, The Giftorium cannot be held liable. Once we have received the unwanted item, we will process a full refund for the item but will only refund the initial postage if the item is proved to be faulty.

Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes! Gift Vouchers can be purchased in £5, £10 or £20. They are only redeemable instore at the moment but we hope they will be able to be used online soon.
