Can I buy products online and pick them up in store?
Yes! We understand that people have busy lives and are not always at home to receive deliveries. Once you have chosen your items and have proceeded to the checkout, you can select pick up from shop. This option means that no postage needs to be paid and you will receive an email stating when your products are ready to collect from our store, The Giftorium, Cenarth. SA38 9JL. All orders must be picked up within shop opening hours unless arranged in advance.
I cannot find the product I require online. Can you still deliver it?
There are some items we sell in store that we do not currently sell online due to their fragile nature. If you know of an item we sell that is not online then please contact David on 01239 611150 and an invoice can be emailed to you for payment and delivery arranged.
How much is delivery? How Long does it take? Who do you use?
We have tried at The Giftorium to choose couriers that are reliable, secure and charge a fair price. All orders over £30 receive FREE DELIVERY via MyHermes.

BASIC DELIVERY - £3.99 (3-5 Business Days) via MyHermes
EXPRESS DELIVERY - £5.99 (1-2 Business Days) via DPD
I have bought an item that is faulty or not as described. What are my rights?
When you buy goods from us, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are either faulty or not as described. Please click on the link - CONTACT US, send us all details about the faulty product and we will contact you straight away to rectify the situation.
I no longer want an item I have purchased. What are my rights?
In addition to your legal rights, we allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. All goods must be returned in an original state (including the packaging) to us with the original valid till receipt or proof of payment within 14 days for either an exchange or a credit note.
You have the right to cancel at anytime under the Consumer Contracts Regulations from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period via the CONTACT US page. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to The Giftorium, Glanteifi, Cenarth, Carmarthenshire. SA38 9JL
You are required to return the unwanted goods in their original state and the cost of return postage must be at the buyers expense and cannot be refunded. (Return Postage will be refunded for Faulty Products) We recommend when returning goods that you get a proof of postage which is sufficient evidence to prove that you've returned the goods should they go missing in the postal system. The Giftorium take no responsibility for returned items until they physically arrive at our store. If the items are go missing and no proof of postage exists, The Giftorium cannot be held liable.
Once we have received the unwanted goods we will process a full refund including the initial delivery cost of getting the goods to you. If you opted for any enhanced delivery service eg guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost of £3.99.
